How to return a product purchased on the internet.

The main purchases we make on the internet, according to the Ine, are, in this order: clothing and footwear; books, press and magazines; household items; tickets for events; movies and music.

What happens if we want to return one of these products purchased on a web page?

The first thing you should know is that as a consumer of a purchase on the Internet -commercial purchase-, the buyer has 14 days to return the product he has purchased, without giving explanations.

How to return an item

Returning a product is easy.

    one . Fill in returns form online
    After submitting the form, we will give you our return address. You can also find a return label on your invoice.

    two . Pack your safe return
    Include original packaging as much as possible - the batch number and bar codes help us improve our service. Please remember to clean anything you need.

    3 . Publish the article to us
    The products do not have to be returned to us by certified mail, but please obtain a certificate of delivery of your postal service.

Then it's over for us. Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund of the products can be arranged, always within 30 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned items.
The return items from outside of Spain?

For international customers we ask that you pay for the return shipping, but if the product was defective, we will refund your postage costs along with your refund, or when we send you a replacement item.
